Make sure you read the permission slip with your parent/guardian. Parent/guardian and student must sign the two signature pages.
TURN those pages in to your coach.
All athletes must obtain their own transportation home at 4:00 pm after practices. After games, students on the away team that don't get picked up will travel back to their home school on the bus. Students who are not able to be picked up on time will not be able to remain on the team.
