Welcome to Room E3! My name is Kristin Gillespie and I will be your child's teacher for the upcoming school year here at Etiwanda Colony Elementary. This is my 21st year teaching in the Etiwanda School District. I am thrilled about being involved in your child's learning experience. Our year will be filled with excitement, growth, new challenges, and responsibilities. It is my goal to provide an enriching, motivational, and rewarding class environment. I am excited about the many new and wonderful educational discoveries our class will be making this year! I received my Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies as well as my teaching credential from California State University San Bernardino. CSUSB is actually where I first met my husband. We have been married for fourteen years and have two beautiful daughters. Ashlyn, our oldest, is twelve. She is in seventh grade at Summit Intermediate. Elyssa, our youngest, is eight. She is in third grade at Colony. Both girls keep us busy and smiling each and every day!   

 I am looking forward to sharing a wonderful year with you and your child. I have high expectations of myself, and my students, and know that if we all work together, we can make this school year educational and enjoyable for everyone.
