Children remember time spent together, not time spent on a screen. Simple moments—reading a book, cooking dinner, or walking the dog—build stronger connections than any app ever could. #HealthyEtiwandaKids

Screens aren’t the enemy, but they shouldn’t take center stage. Being present with our children helps them feel seen, heard, and valued. #HealthyEtiwandaKids

to share with our community.

Technology can open doors to learning, but balance matters. When the screens go off, curiosity, creativity, and conversation can shine. #WellnessWednesday #HealthyEtiwandaKids
