Teri Serl

Hello Firsties!

Welcome back to school in Room A-1. My name is Teri Serl and I am looking forward to a bright new school year sharing one of the most exciting learning and growth periods in your child’s life. This year we will grow together in First Grade.

I have over 30 years experience teaching in the classroom. This will be my 25th year teaching here in the Etiwanda School District. Along with this experience comes the wisdom to know that first grade is a place where school habits are formed; yet, it is still a time that should hold a lot of smiles and wonderful memories.

I cherish the time I spend with my family. My son, Tuston, turned 27 this summer! He also attended Etiwanda Schools!

I enjoy music, the outdoors, and movies!  I enjoy reading, scrap-booking, and TEACHING! I realize how important families are to everyone and will be encouraging your participation in your child’s education.

I am dedicated to making this a wonderful, productive, and MEMORABLE year for all of my students. I’m looking forward to sharing the JOY of First Grade with you and your child!

 Smiles, Ms. Serl
