Welcome to Mrs. Woods' kindergarten class!

I am very excited to be starting my 39th year of teaching. I have spent most of these years teaching my very favorite grade, Kindergarten. Many years ago I earned my Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and my Teaching Credential at Cal State University Los Angeles. I proudly earned my Master's degree from Grand Canyon University at the ripe old age of 60.

Mr. Woods and I have been married for 42 years and we have 4 grown children, 3 sons and 1 daughter. I am also a Grandma of 4 amazing grandchildren, two 4 year old boys and two beautiful little girls. One is 22 months old and our newest little lady is 2 months old. I just love being their Grandma.

I am so happy that I will be able to share my love of school and learning with your child. I know that we will all have a fantastic year together.
