2nd Grade Rocks

Mrs. Fahres

Hello and Welcome!

This is my 20th year teaching in the Etiwanda School District and my eighteenth year at Terra Vista. I am so excited to be your child's second grade teacher this year! This really is my favorite grade to teach! I received both my Bachelors degree and Teaching Credential from California State University San Bernardino. I enjoy being a wife and mother. My husband, Ryan, is a high school math teacher in Moreno Valley. We have been married for 19 years. I have an eighteen year old son named Corey who is beginning his Freshman year at Cal Poly Pomona and a twelve year old son named Dylan who is a seventh grader at EIS. Some of my favorite hobbies are going to the movies, playing board games, going to amusement parks and escape rooms, playing piano, and spending time with friends and family.

Our classroom mission is that we will treat others with respect and compassion. Our classroom will be a positive and inviting room where learning takes place. We will always try our BEST!

My Favorites:

Stores: Amazon, Target, Bath & Body Works, Starbucks

Restaurants: Lucille's, Chick-fil-A, Waba-Grill, Cheesecake Factory, Texas Roadhouse

Candy: Hershey's cookies and cream; Junior Mints, peanut butter m&ms

Snacks: Cashews, Wheat Thins, string cheese

Hobbies: Escape Rooms, going to the movies, puzzles, diamond art, camping, and going to amusement parks
