My name is Miriam Gaitan. I have the priviledge to be your child's teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Together, we are going to help your student to have a lot of fun during their learning journey. Our goal in TK is to provide a bridge between preschool and Kindergarten. We create a space where students can learn through play and hands-on exploration activities. Our curriculum is designed to foster a love for school as we help our students become independent, confident, and ready for their academic journey. I look forward to a year of growth, discovery, and excitement. Can't wait to meet you.
About Me:
I gradutated with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Teaching Credential from CSUSB. I have been part of the Etiwanda family since 2005 and have had the opportunity of being part of Perdew staff since it opened its doors in 2007. I am blessed to be able to do what I love and call it work. I am married, have three grown up children, and I'm the grandma of the cutest 18-month old boy! When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with family/friends, watching my grandson explore the world, and serving at church in our community.
