Welcome to a new year of learning! This year we will learn, grow and have fun together. I want to assure you that there will be a smooth transition into the classroom and that your child will have the best educational experience.

I am excited to begin my 37th year of teaching!!  I am a mom to two terrific children ages 27 and 22. My daughter is a second grade teacher in Orange County and my son just graduated college in May. I have been married for 36 years and we love to travel both in our trailer and by plane. We now have 2 dogs named Stella and Jack that also like to travel when we go camping.

During the month of August, we will spend time getting to know each other and setting a routine in our learning environment. I am looking forward to an amazing year!

Reminders:

Every Friday-wear school t-shirt and/or colors (blue and yellow (or gold)

Every Friday-bring your library books in order to check out new books

*PE will be every Tuesday and Thursday.  Students should wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.

**Friday Folders will be sent home every Friday. It is important to review the contents (tests and classwork assignments) and return the folder on Monday!

Bring a water bottle daily (only water inside). Please have your name on the bottle.

Please write your name on your lunch pail in big letters and Room B-4.
