Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year!

I am thrilled to welcome you and your child to an exciting new school year! It is truly a privilege to be your child’s 5th-grade teacher, and I’m looking forward to a year filled with growth, learning, and success. I believe in setting high expectations and fostering a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged to do their personal best. My goal is to inspire academic growth while also helping students take responsibility for their behavior and develop a lifelong love of learning.

A Little About Me:

This is my sixth year in the Etiwanda School District and my fourth year teaching 5th grade. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and History from Azusa Pacific University, followed by a Master of Arts in Educational Technology and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. I’m also honored to serve as our school’s STEM Coordinator, where I lead the Science Fair and support STEAM Night events. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy evening walks, playing soccer and pickleball, and challenging myself to try new things. Oh, and I LOVE pickles and all things homemade! I’m excited to partner with you this year to help your child thrive both academically and personally as we prepare them for the transition to middle school.

Let’s make it a fantastic year together!
