Kathryn Gomez

My name is Katie Gomez. This is my seventh year teaching third grade and I am so excited for this school year!

I received my Bachelors in Liberal Studies from Cal State Fullerton and my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Cal State San Bernardino. I also received my Masters in Educational Technology back at Cal State Fullerton.

I grew up in Chino Hills, lived in Etiwanda for 7 years and now live in Upland, with my husband and dog, Bowie. Etiwanda is my home and I love the community and constant support provided to our staff and families.

I have such a passion for teaching young minds and being a part of their lives. I plan to continue to be a life-long learner through professional educational courses in technology and literacy. My goal is to create a safe learning environment for my students to learn and grow. I am so glad to be part of a wonderful staff here at East Heritage!
