Hi, my name is Mrs. Singleton! This is my 28th year of teaching and I am excited to be back in Second Grade. I have worked at several schools within the district, provided professional development, and I have acted as the Grade Level Chair for multiple years. In addition, I have worked as a mentor teacher to student teachers while teaching TK-2nd across the years. My teaching journey began in LAUSD after graduating from UCLA where I taught Kinder for 4 years. After that my family and I moved to the Inland Empire and West Heritage was my first Etiwanda home. I taught Second Grade for 6 years there then Long became my second Etiwanda home where I continued in Second Grade. I'm happy to be back and I am looking forward to a great year! ​

Welcome to second grade! I am so excited to have you in my class.
This is my 15th year teaching and I absolutely LOVE it! I received my undergrad in Sociology and Psychology from Gonzaga University while playing volleyball. I went to Chapman University for my teaching credential and Masters in Education. I have three children of my own. Christian is in 10th grade and loves to play football and video games. He is Deaf and we communicate using ASL, so your little one may come home and teach you some sign language as well! Caleb is in 8th grade and loves football, baseball and The Show. He's also a pretty great cook, which is awesome for me! Grace is in 6th grade and she loves to play volleyball and soccer. As a family, we love to camp, hike, surf, paddle board, bake, and play sports and board games. Our favorite teams are the Dodgers and Packers.  Some of my favorite things are Coffee Bean, dark chocolate, chips and salsa, books and peonies!

Welcome to Room 11! I was blessed to grow up and go to school within the Etiwanda School District, and it is a special honor to be teaching and giving back to the same community that helped form who I am today. I received my BS in Sociology, my Teaching Credential and Masters in Education from Cal Baptist University. This is currently my 9th year teaching for Etiwanda, and my 6th year here at DW Long. My husband Basil and I have been married for 7 years and have three beautiful babies. Our son Parker is 5 years old and is currently in Kinder here at Long, our daughter Sage is 3, and our son Miles is 2 years old. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, playing board games, watching movies, and going to Disneyland. Some of my favorite things are Starbucks, Bath and Body Works, Target runs, dark chocolate, vanilla coke, and anything salty. I cannot wait to work with all of your students and watch them grow this year.

Welcome to Mrs. Wilson's second grade class! I am very excited to be your child's teacher this year. This is my 22nd year teaching  in the Etiwanda School District. I have 2 wonderful boys at home. Gavin is 15 years old and is a sophmore in High School.  Landon is 12 years old and is in 7th grade.  My husband works as a PE teacher in the district. As a family we enjoy going camping, having fun at the lake, and sports, sports, sports! We are Angel baseball fans and root for the Chargers during football season. 

Welcome to Room 4! I am so thrilled to be your student's learning leader! Second grade is an exciting year filled with growth and exploration and I Iook forward to watching your student grow! This is my 9th year teaching 2nd graders at DWL. I live in Ontario with my husband Bryan and our beautiful daughter Willa, and our goldendoodle Oakley. Our family likes to go camping, attend sporting events, try new coffee shops, and spend time with our friends and family. My favorite part about second grade is their enthusiasm for learning and fun! I am excited for this year. It is going to be great!
