"The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery"

-Mark Van Doran

name

The Basics: I have been involved in education for over 30 years! I've taught Pre-school to 8th grade and by far, 8th grade has been my favorite! I enjoy finding new ways to connect Math and Science concepts to real life and developing projects to practice and extend my students' learning. I have also been married for 30 years and I have lived in Southern California all of my life. My 3 children were raised here in Rancho Cucamonga. I am so proud that they are all college graduates and living their own lives. I always look forward to our times together!
