Welcome to First Grade!! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! First grade is full of learning, growing, engagement, and FUN, and I can't wait to embark on this journey together!

I have been working in Etiwanda School District for 6 years now, but lucky enough to have grown up through our district as well. I am married to my loving husband and a mom to our son, daughter, and soon to be second son. Our favorite things to do as a family are going to the river on our family boat, riding our CanAm in Glamis, and loving on our sweet dog, Oso.

Homework

Student Quick Links

See your child's homework packet each Friday afternoon in their leopard folder. Homework will be due the FOLLOWING Friday. The cover page will explain what homework is to be done for that week and any school or first grade announcements. By completing this packet each week, you and your child will be able to review what we are learning in class that week. Students will also be held accountable for reading each day and logging it into their reading log which is included in their homework packet. By reading each day, they will be able to take Accelerated Reader quizzes and receive prize incentives at school.
