Ms. Brown 💜

Hello Team 19!

This is my 5th year teaching at Caryn Elementary! I am so grateful to be a part of the Caryn Cougar community. I know this is going to be an AMAZING year!

I am here to coach, cheer on, and support your child on their education journey. It is also crucial for me to be there to encourage their social and emotional development. It is my duty to teach them a growth mindset that will give them the tools to feel responsible and accountable for themselves. As the leaders of the school I have high expectations for their effort and behavior. Our class motto will be "Together Everyone Achieves More!"

Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.

Parent Portal 💯

Please remember to check Aeries for your child's grades and missing work. Click the description in Aries to see the details of the assignment. In addition to monitoring Aries, we will do weekly grade checks in class that will need to be signed.

If your child is struggling to complete homework or seems to be very overwhelmed by an assignment please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I believe homework should be seen as practice of the skills being taught in class. Therefore, if your child is struggling we should discuss the causes and possible solutions to the issue.

Please help me get to know more about you and your child!
