Be A Volunteer!

We're always looking for more volunteers. We are so grateful for the support of our volunteers! Volunteer opportunities are available with your child's classroom, with the PTA and with Grapeland in general. If you would like to volunteer, please contact your child's teacher, the PTA or the school office for details. Thank you!

Support Our Fundraisers

PTA Fundraisers The PTA has multiple fundraisers throughout the year. By participating in the fundraisers, your are helping our students and our school. The music program, shade structure in the playground and multiple activities would not be possible without your generous support. Please see the PTA website for more information.

Family Night

Multiple times a year, Grapeland has Family Night at a local restaurant. The school receives a percentage of all sales during this specific date for both Dine-In and Take-Out orders. You will need to bring the Grapeland Family Night flyer with you and present it to your server when you order to ensure Grapeland gets a percentage of the sale. Flyers are sent home with your child as a reminder of the next Family Night. Also, signing up with Grapeland's mailing list ensures that you'll get reminders via email.

Scrip Gift Card Program

Take part in our Scrip Gift Card Program and help keep our library up-to-date. By purchasing gift cards from the school library, the library gets a percentage of the sale which fund the purchase of new library materials including books, AR quizzes, magazines, etc. Please see Mrs. Frydendall or Mrs. Claflin in the library to purchase the gift cards.

Toner Cartridges / Cell Phones

Donate your old used toner cartridges and cell phones to the School Library. These items will be recycled and proceeds will go directly to purchasing new materials for the library.

Classroom Supply Lists

Please refer to the Supply List web page for information on the suggested supply list per grade level. Purchase and donation of these supplies to your child's classroom is voluntary. Many parents have requested a list of what supplies would be appropriate for each grade level. Some items, baby wipes, glue and glue sticks may be for whole class use. We hope this will be of some assistance. Thank you.
